Role Description:
- Assisting the Property Manager in the supervision of day-to-day operations and employees
- Performing daily tasks as assigned from the regional and Property Manager
- Assist with resident relations and enforce all community rules and regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and all personnel
- Working directly with tenants, answering questions, phone calls, and handling daily correspondence
- Assisting with rent collection, rent ledger, bank deposits and petty cash records, delinquent rents, evictions, maintaining curb appeal, etc.
- Processing rent payments, recertifications
- Assisting with resident relations and enforce all community rules and regulations.
- Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills and abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of all HUD operating and occupancy regulation
- Experience with occupancy, financial and maintenance software programs such as Real Page
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
