Part-Time Property Management Assistant

We're seeking a part-time Property Management Assistant to support our Director of Property Management. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within a real estate management company overseeing 3000+ units. You'll work directly with the Director of Property Management in a flexible and hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Print monthly reports.
• Schedule vendors and review invoices for accuracy
• Manage HR ads and screen resumes.
• Coordinate with utility companies to disconnect services for outgoing residents.
• Draft and distribute tenant letters as necessary.
• Arrange access for building inspections by contacting tenants.
• Assist in procurement of maintenance and turnover supplies.
• Support special projects coordination.
• Other duties as directed and taught by the Director of Property Management

Qualifications

· Must have car.

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Will train! Great for someone looking to get into Real Estate business.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24.00 per week
