Job description
The Property Management Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role on our Property Management team. This associate will report directly to the property manager and will serve as the liaison between the office support team and tenants, vendors, and prospects.
Property Management Administrative Assistant:
- Provide customer service for tenants, vendors, brokers, prospects, and guests.
- Manage phone calls, postal mail, email, and route accordingly.
- Keep office area clean, orderly, and stocked with supplies.
- General cleanliness and upkeep of staff areas and break room.
- Process rental payments and deposits.
- Create, file, and maintain documents/notices as needed.
- Provide administrative support to Property Management team on all duties as assigned.
- Scheduling of maintenance items with tenants and coordinate with maintenance team.
- Coordinate inspections, posting of notices, vendor work, and other communications.
- Follows up with residents to confirm satisfaction.
- Responds to resident emails professionally and in a timely fashion.
- Flexible to take on additional responsibilities assigned by the Property Management team.
- Must be able to work in a team environment, develop computer skills, and promote a positive work ethic.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- Professional, discreet, warm demeanor.
- Familiarity with some record-keeping and general office functions.
- Exceptional customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
- Efficient and comfortable working under minimal supervision.
- Tactful, confidential, flexible team player.
- Practice open, respectful, and honest communications.
- Experience with MS Office; willingness to learn new software.
- A basic understanding of Real Estate and/or Property Management is desired.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
