Duties
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager/Office Manager in the day-to-day operations of a residential or commercial property. Your duties will include:
-Answer incoming calls and filling out prospective tenant forms
- Assisting with leasing and marketing activities, including showing available units to prospective tenants and processing rental applications
- Coordinating move-ins and move-outs, conducting unit inspections, and ensuring that all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner
- Collecting rent payments and following up on any late payments or delinquencies
- Responding to tenant inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with tracking property expenses, tenant billing, and other administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records of all property-related activities
-Document filing and file maintenance
