Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a part time (roughly 30-35hrs/week)Assistant Property Manager to join our expanding team! Assisted by the dedicated Operation Support Group, this person will help plan and facilitate all Property Management-related activities within their assigned portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively help manage an assigned portfolio of single-multi family homes
- Earn Bonuses for Team metrics on new Lease Ups and/or Renewal of existing Residents
- Ability to Earn commission by growing property base (new Management Agreements and Listing/Purchase RE Closings) through savvy sales and marketing efforts (company financially assist with obtaining Brokers License)
- Perform necessary Visual Property Inspections (Move-in/Move-out) to help ensure integrity and condition of the unit
- Employ sound marketing techniques to help minimize vacancies and increase positive cash-flow
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion with the assistance of the Maintenance Coordinator/Operation Support Group
- Management the various aspects of Tenant Relationships as a liaison for Landlord/Brokerage
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with landlords, tenants and vendors
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Functional knowledge of computer/tech-related skills
