We are currently seeking a part time (roughly 30-35hrs/week)Assistant Property Manager to join our expanding team! Assisted by the dedicated Operation Support Group, this person will help plan and facilitate all Property Management-related activities within their assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively help manage an assigned portfolio of single-multi family homes
  • Earn Bonuses for Team metrics on new Lease Ups and/or Renewal of existing Residents
• Ability to Earn commission by growing property base (new Management Agreements and Listing/Purchase RE Closings) through savvy sales and marketing efforts (company financially assist with obtaining Brokers License)
• Perform necessary Visual Property Inspections (Move-in/Move-out) to help ensure integrity and condition of the unit
• Employ sound marketing techniques to help minimize vacancies and increase positive cash-flow
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion with the assistance of the Maintenance Coordinator/Operation Support Group
• Management the various aspects of Tenant Relationships as a liaison for Landlord/Brokerage

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with landlords, tenants and vendors
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Functional knowledge of computer/tech-related skills
