Responsible to Assist the Property Manager with all aspects of managing the community.
Responsible to act as Manager in Manager's absence.
Responsible for collections, walking move-ins/move-outs and updating accounting software. Responsible for helping with scheduling of make-readies. Responsible for entering and completing work orders in accounting system. Responsible to help with leasing or even function as primary leasing in absence of leasing agent. Responsible to help with marketing the property. Responsible for filing evicitons and attending eviction court on behalf of the property. Responsible for posting any monies that need posting in the accounting system. Responsible for bank trips as necessary to deposit money. Responsible to help ensure that the property is well kept at all times. Responsible for answering the phones and helping residents and guests to the property.
Good, reliable transportation is required.
Rent Manager experience preferred, but will accept a candidate that has worked on other property software systems who can quickly pick up a new system.
We are looking for a heavily experienced, reliable, trustworthy Assistant Manager asap. Payrate depends on experience.
Must pass background screening and drug testing.
