Expedience Properties Manager or Expedience Assistance Manager

ACP Associates LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to grow our property management division. This person will be responsible for acquiring properties, yearly leases, , 3 day notices, evictions, taking payments and entering them in Management software, performing quarterly inspections. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary
Duties of a Property Manager
Perform rental property price analysis for new clients using software and other resources
Acquiring new property management properties from owners
Prepare leasing documents and contracts.
Schedule prospective tenant property visits and showings.
Collect first month's rent and deposits from new tenants.
Conduct move in, quarterly, and move out property inspections.
Customer service related to the property owner and tenants needs prior to, and during tenancy.
Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, statutes and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
Understand the Landlord and Tenant Rights and Responsibilities
