Guided by our core values of respect, integrity, innovation and dedication, the Assistant Property Manager will be the bridge between the Property Manager and the residents in order to realize our mission to deliver superior service. The successful candidate will be a warm, inviting face and voice of the property.
Every day we’ll rely on you to achieve financial objectives through rent collection and by managing delinquency. Your sales and marketing savvy will generate new leases by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community. You will build deep customer loyalty by consistently establishing positive interactions with potential and current residents. You will work closely with the maintenance staff to ensure that the community’s interior and exterior are pristine.
To thrive in this role, you should have a passion for creating an inspiring, engaging and vibrant community. You will work independently, using your organizational and customer service skills, along with previous property management experience, to create a homely community for future and current residents. You’re quick-thinking, responsible and eager to grow with Banner as a leader in the industry. YARDI or other property management software experience is preferred.
