Affordable Housing Assistant Community Manager Position Available.
Project-based Section 8 experience required and tax credit/section 42 (IRS) experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities include ensuring requirements of all affordable housing programs and related compliance is met and maintained in a complete and accurate manner, including but not limited to conducting the certification and subsequent re-certification of all households at the site, reviewing resident move-in files for the site, and attending HUD & TCAC inspections.
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. In addition to compensation, company offers competitive benefit package.
Qualifications
2 years apartment leasing, office, and/or management experience required. Bilingual preferred.
Background and Drug Screening Required. Minimum of 2 years experience in affordable housing and knowledge of, experience with, and certification in tax credit/Section 42 and HUD/project-based section 8 compliance required. Professional presentation, above-average communication skills, ability to prioritize, problem-solving abilities'
