Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Greeting and assisting clients and visitors
- Maintaining a clean and organized office space
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
Project Coordination:
- Data entry and management using computer software
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinating meetings
- Providing administrative support to other departments as needed
- Managing inventory and ordering
- Handling incoming correspondence
- Onboarding new clients
Landscape Project Management:
- Procurement of all materials for the project
- Communications with clients and field teams
- Job Costing Projects
- Communication with the Design Team
- Management of drafters and measuring techs
- Nursery Stock Management & Inventory
Collaborative Team Player:
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- A strong team player willing to contribute where needed
