The Contractor, under the direction and supervision of the Program Director, will provide supervision and support to the Esports Gaming and Trauma Informed Mentoring program staff/consultants in developing and implementing the program’s short and long-term objectives and goals for the program. The Contractor will be involved in office procedures to ensure a viable separation of duties is being implemented for the program. The Contractor will monitor and review transaction receipts of purchases, transaction posting, procurement, and disbursement activities to ensure compliance and a separation of duties for the program. The Contractor will diligently market the program. The Contractor must hold a high standard of integrity and honesty toward program participants and C.L.I.C.K. the organization. The Contractor must have a management employment background. The Contractor must submit a background check to C.L.I.C.K. before they are hired. C.L.I.C.K. will reimburse the cost of the background check.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Program Director, the Contractor will assist in completing established benchmarks for program development and evaluation including, data collection, and conducting recording or custodial related functions; assist in purchasing duties being properly segregated; assisting in the disbursement duties, which should be properly separated from the Program Director ensuring segregation of duties is properly being managed. The Contractor will assist and be responsible for the orientation of onboarding and offboarding program staff and other consultants. The Contractor will perform other segregated program duties as needed and directed.
Additional duties are:
1. Assists in recruiting and retaining eligible participants for the esports gaming and trauma-informed mentoring program.
3. Meet with individual participants to provide one-on-one emotional support/coaching/mentoring.
4. Maintain organized and updated electronic files on each participant, including relevant documentation: signed forms and releases; intake, and follow-up surveys.
5. Adheres to all federal, state and local laws as relates to participant document confidentiality requirements.
6. Assists Program Director in meeting program goals and fulfilling contractual agreements.
7. Establishes and maintains strong, professional relationships with a network of strategic and institutional partners, (e.g., local trauma-informed care network, community partners, schools, social service providers, police, etc.).
8. Participates with focus and professionalism at required training, presentations, and meetings.
9. Supports other staff and program, and assists with special events, as needed.
10. Performs other duties as assigned, required, or needed.```
