Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers
- Support the hiring, training, and development of staff members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Resolve operational issues and address customer concerns in a timely manner
