Job Summary:Our Operations Managers will work directly with customers and Team Members to provide courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve all facility and operational needs
- Oversee operations of the entire facility, including opening or closing, while working Manager on Duty Shifts
- Resolve any non-routine guest experience issues to ensure WOW
- Address emergencies and disruptions, as well as provide corrective actions and measures to avoid them
- Maintain all Sky Zone policies and procedures
- Assist in hiring, training, developing and evaluating part-time team members
- Conduct regular equipment inspections
- Select and supervise outside contractor services when needed
- Supervise routine internal maintenance sessions
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
