Responsibilities:
- Must be Proficient in QuickBooks
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, phone calls and maintaining accurate and organized records.
- Manage dispatch schedule.
- Maintain and update employee files.
- Interact with clients efficiently and professionally.
- Order material/bolts for new projects and track them.
- Manage inventory of supplies.
- Monitoring insurance policies with insurance agents
- Keeping organized logs of all current jobs
- Keeping track of all insurance certificates and prelims and payments made to and releases received from subcontractors and anything else required from them.
- Weekly certified payroll reports
- Gathering employee hours to process weekly payroll.
- Creating and sending estimates, contracts, invoices and change orders to customers and receiving payments.
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 5 years (Preferred)
