The Assistant General Manager works under the direction of the General Manager for all center operations and is in charge of the center in the GM's absence. This includes the entire property, food and beverage, equipment, and center administration functions.

- Build strong customer relations by proactively visiting with guests, soliciting feedback, and resolving all customer issues and complaints
- Maintain facility through attention to detail and adherence to all checklists provided Assistant Manager (AGM) Preferred Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills - to owners, guests and team members
- Strong organizational ability; multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills and a working knowledge
- Knowledge and compliance with all procedures and cash management policies
- Ensure all management maintain a "floor" presence in the center during peak times providing great service to customers and support for staff
- Ensure compliance with all applicable occupational, health, and safety regulations and laws
- Ensure that all employees are in proper uniform, proper grooming and name tags
- Other duties as directed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the service industry required. 18 years and older to apply.
- Two (2) years experience in front-line employees in the bowling, food, hotel, or retail services preferred, but not required.
