Responsibilities:
- Reviewing of energy usage on a daily basis for the facility and to provide guidance, best practices, and modifications of current
operations.
- Mentoring the owner on energy strategies.
- Managing the Central Energy Plant Operation and Maintenance including subcontractors, operators, and internal service
providers.
- Managing the Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the CEP.
- Working with the operators to ensure the plant operates efficiently.
- Performing on-going training of the Plant Operators.
- Developing and maintaining the Plant Operating Manual.
- Assisting the Bernhard EPC team with the coordination of engineering, procurement and construction activities with OMC
operations.
- Coordinating on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with remote support services team.
- Responsible for managing a single team or multiple teams consisting of one or more Asset Managers.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Attention to detail
- PE preferred or FE and working towards obtaining PE
- Ability to adapt well to change
- 4 year Mechanical Engineering degree (ABET Accredited Program)
- Ability to work well in a fast paced work environment
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experiencing managing multiple sites
- Well versed in building codes and associated standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work
