Customer Care Representative.

Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is hiring a Customer Care Representative for a local valued client in Cherry Valley, IL. We are looking for a personable and trainable individual who believes in shared success in a team oriented environment! In the role, you will be responsible for arranging dates and times of on-site testing services with customers. 

Highlights:

• 60-Day Contract to hire opportunity that offers competitve wages and benefits upon successful completion of the program

• Pay Rate: $20/hr
• Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, 7:30AM - 5:00 PM (8 hour shifts- start times vary)
• 100% onsite in Cherry Valley, IL

Responsibilities:

• Initiates and maintains contact with customers to determine dates, times, and range of on-site services
• Enters/updates client-specific information in our computer system
• Creates monthly schedules for testing units based on client needs and resource availability
• Ensures schedules allow service technicians to comply with Department of Transportation Hours of Service regulations
• Prepares and maps service routes
• Serves as point of contact between customers and company technicians
• Learns and stays up-to-date on DOT Hours of Service regulations

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in phone customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and written form
• Excellent typing skills
• Proficiency in computer programs and other software applications
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well in teams
