Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is hiring a Customer Care Representative for a local valued client in Cherry Valley, IL. We are looking for a personable and trainable individual who believes in shared success in a team oriented environment! In the role, you will be responsible for arranging dates and times of on-site testing services with customers.

- Pay Rate: $20/hr
- Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, 7:30AM - 5:00 PM (8 hour shifts- start times vary)
- 100% onsite in Cherry Valley, IL
Responsibilities:
- Initiates and maintains contact with customers to determine dates, times, and range of on-site services
- Enters/updates client-specific information in our computer system
- Creates monthly schedules for testing units based on client needs and resource availability
- Ensures schedules allow service technicians to comply with Department of Transportation Hours of Service regulations
- Prepares and maps service routes
- Serves as point of contact between customers and company technicians
- Learns and stays up-to-date on DOT Hours of Service regulations
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in phone customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and written form
- Excellent typing skills
- Proficiency in computer programs and other software applications
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well in teams
