JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
As a Shareholder Services Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high quality service and support to financial advisors and investors of J.P. Morgan Funds. You will participate in a thorough training program covering all service and technical aspects of mutual funds and 529 college savings plans. By being a part of one of the largest and most respected Asset Managers, you will have the opportunity to develop a challenging career in the Investment Management and Financial Services industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Problem resolution for client accounts
- Processing trades and information requests
- Educating clients about JPMorgan products and valueadd resources.
- Analysts will work towards and must obtain their Series 6 & 63 securities licenses and pass the SIE exam.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess high energy, a great attitude and exceptional service skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Industry knowledge preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Relationship building and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Obtain Series 6 & 63 securities licenses and pass SIE Exam within 90 days of starting in position
