Summary:
The Asset Protection Training Manager is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Asset ProtectionContent and materials in support of safety, security and shrink prevention initiatives. Supports the Asset Protection Director of Programs to develop and execute activities, tools and communications that support strategic goals of the AP function.
- Communicate and collaborate with AP team members, leaders, and cross-functional partners to design, develop, and implement AP programs and communication materials across a range of platforms and a variety of media including print, website, eLearning platforms, etc.
- Design using visual and graphic illustrations, logos, layout and writing content.
- Play a key role in communications – presentations, design and implementation.
- Design and develop training content, materials and programs tools that align with the focus and goals of the organization.
- Project planning and execution.
- Create and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors.
- Uses a variety of software/media to design, develop and implement effective design and training content.
- Develop visually appealing and engaging graphic designs and digital content for various uses, including training materials, meeting content, presentations with video and audio assets.
- Collaborate to conceptualize and crate compelling visual content that aligns with key focuses and messages.
- Generate creative ideas and concepts to enhance the department message and engage target audiences through impactful content.
- Create and edit multimedia content including images and video.
- Plans, organizes, and manages training/meeting events for the AP team.
- Creates and maintains department communications such as department websites, learning programs, etc.,

Maximum Salary: $129,465.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in training development and content development or related area.
- Proven experience in graphic design or related roles
- Keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and productivity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with partners across the organization and with external partners.
- Proficient with Learning Management Software, and Instructional Design (Articulate 360, MS Office Suite, eLearning platforms)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, etc.).
- Experience developing and administering in house/customized training content.
- Strong facilitation/presentation skills for small or large audiences at all levels
- Project management experience
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and adapting to change.
