Koch Fertilizer Fort Dodge, LLC is seeking an Asset Management Leader join our team. The Asset Management Leader is primarily responsible for managing the current risk position and near-term strategic asset priorities of the Koch Fertilizer Fort Dodge plant through strong partnership with the CPN (Central Plains Nitrogen) reliability team and the Fort Dodge Leadership Team. This role creates value by effectively managing risk and closing gaps in asset performance resulting in improved availability of the plant.

What You Will Do
- Build capability of the Asset Management team through coaching and timely feedback
- Drive action and implementation of solutions to manage key risks, address equipment bad actors/Top Risks/threats to plant availability
- Build partnerships with CPN reliability team and site leadership team to drive alignment and action on Asset Management priorities and strategies.
- Accountable for Asset Availability and risk position
- Communicate asset health metrics to drive awareness of important issues, identify and track areas of concern, and make data-driven decisions to improve availability
- Support the TA/Outage planning and optimization through scope development, QC, and scope change in partnership with the fleet TA capability and the Maintenance and Outage Leader
- Own site project prioritization relative to the site team resource constraints
- Own project scope and equipment requirements in-line with project objectives on behalf of project sponsor as the accountable asset owner that will be expected to meet the operating goals of the asset.
- Identify personnel needs for projects and assure the Project Manager and project team have the correct resources (SECORA)

- Work in hot, cold, and inclement climate conditions.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Demonstrated ability to lead reliability or operational improvements
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others
- 4+ years of experience working in an operations, maintenance or leadership role in a manufacturing, industrial, chemical or refining environment
What Will Put You Ahead
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or Process Technology
- Equipment and/or manufacturing systems reliability experience
- Experience in RCA (root cause analysis) and FMCA (failure mode and cause analysis)
