Form of workPosition Overview:
This position is responsible for billing of federal, county and city grant, and all other Agency supported grants and Management Services related accounts. Depositing of contract payments, cash contributions and other miscellaneous duties of the Billing Department.
Position Qualifications
• Bachelors’ Degree Experience Preferred, associate degree with at least 2 years’ experience or a High School Diploma with 10+ years’ experience in a billing environment (non for profit preferred).
• Knowledge of Federal, County and City Funding sources.
• Able to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to analyze budgetary line items for compliance with budget guidelines.
• Database management skills.
• Must have some experience with government online systems and reporting, HHS Accelerator a plus.
• Working knowledge of Excel required
• Knowledge of general accounting and fiscal management principles.
Salary Range: $66,957-$77,000.55
