Palm Beach Thyroid & Endocrinology is seeking an Appointment Scheduler/Phone Operator. The right candidate must have prior experience and have excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Willing to train the right person.
We are a fast-paced busy office looking for someone who can work efficiently and confidently.
Someone who is friendly and out going.
Must be on time with reliable transportation, be detail oriented and have excellent computer skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: scheduling and rescheduling appointments, updating patient charts, faxes, etc.
Knowledge of EClinicalWorks is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
