Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow
- Follow established protocols and procedures for appointment scheduling
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
- Familiarity with phone systems and appointment scheduling software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
Note: Experience working in an emergency room (ER) setting is highly desirable.
