Hiring for PM shift 11AM-8PM As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads received via internet and phone. Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening, learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts. Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments. No experience needed. Will train. Bilingual preferred but not required.

Pay Type: Hourly wage plus commission ( Details discussed at interview) $20-$30 Average range of hourly pay.
