Appointment Scheduler

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for existing clients.
- Collect and verify client information.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure smooth call transfers and efficient appointment scheduling.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments and client information.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
