Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Appointment Scheduler & Customer Service Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our company's success. Your main responsibility will be to schedule appointments for our sales team, a critical function that drives our ability to serve clients and grow our business. This role is based in our office and includes direct interaction with potential and existing clients who visit us.

Compensation:$48,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Appointment Scheduling: Manage and schedule appointments for the sales team using leads from online sources, inbound calls, and outreach lists.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to homeowners who have previously worked with us or are seeking our services. Handle incoming calls, take messages, and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate team members.
- Email Campaigns: Oversee our online email campaigns through our CRM system, ensuring they are effectively automated and managed.
- Social Media Management: Keep our social media platforms active and engaging. Post preapproved content, respond to comments, reply to messages, and participate in local community groups to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Support Production Department: Assist with basic communication tasks related to delivery and pickups for essential materials and equipment.
Who You Are:
- A motivated and organized individual with excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in Customer Service, sales support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, social media platforms, and basic office software.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
