Position: Children & Youth Services Care Coordinator

Classification: Regular, Full-time, Non-exempt


About Us: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and youth? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Children & Youth Services Care Coordinator. Responsibilities: As a Children & Youth Services Care Coordinator, you will be instrumental in implementing and coordinating various programs to enhance the well-being of children and youth. Your duties will include:

  • Collaborating with community partners to build coalitions and implement prevention programs.
  • Managing grants and ensuring compliance with Indian Child Welfare (ICW) program initiatives.
  • Supervising and supporting student staff and contracted personnel.
  • Coordinate the Indian Youth Leadership Camp, Indian Youth Summer Program, and Community Wellness Program.
  • Coordinate and mentor the NATIVE Youth Council.
  • Integrating clinical trends and data into our preventative programs.
  • Planning and facilitating activities to support youth and family populations.
  • Communicating program successes to the community through various channels.


Qualifications: To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in public health, social services, or organizational leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of multicultural communities, Indian culture, and social service systems.
  • At least four years of experience in health disparity prevention programs.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software programs.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage stress effectively.
  • Willingness to travel locally for training purposes.
  • Commitment to current Evidence-Based Practices and patient outcomes.
