Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Appointment Coordinator. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and provide reminders
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for appointments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records in our database
- Assist with data entry and analysis of appointment data
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and analysis
