Fairway Ford Lincoln Subaru is a family-owned and operated dealership that has been in business for over 50 years. We are seeking to hire an Appointment Coordinator for our service department. This position schedules appointments for incoming phone and internet lead inquiries. These appointments will be scheduled for our service advisors to complete the remainder of the transaction.
- Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills. Cannot be afraid to talk to and interact with people
- Discipline. Do you have the focus to perform ordinary tasks extraordinary well every day
- Work ethic. Need to have the energy and drive to come to “work to work”
- Resolve. Must be able to handle rejection and show determination to achieve objectives
- Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to phone and internet inquiries via call, text, and email
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
