As an Appointment Coordinator at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by confirming appointments and finalizing staffing of the Sales schedules for Design Consultants and Sales Managers. This role offers a starting hourly rate of $20.03 with monthly bonus opportunity up to $600.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Kick off your Inside Sales career in our two-week training program led by our Training & Development team
- Issue set appointments with regards to timing, location, and Design Consultant availability
- Dispatch Design Consultants to ensure all issued appointments are staffed and prepared for the consultation
- Call, text, and email customers to confirm appointments or clarify their project
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:30AM-8:00PM, Saturday 7:45AM-4:15PM (with a day off during the week)
- Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (On-Site)
- Seniority Level: Entry-level
- Opportunity to make $60,000/yr with bonus!
