D-Patrick is seeking a full-time, self-motivated representative to join our dealership’s Business Development /Internet Sales Coordinator Team!
Profile:
This is a non-supervisory position responsible for responding to customer inquiries through various sources and executing communications with customers by following a pre-set process to schedule appointments for the sales team. Must be able to work a variation of hours from 8am to 7pm Monday - Saturday. OFF EVERY SUNDAY and one other day during the week, to be determined. (approximately 40 hours/week)
Qualifications:
- Upbeat, happy, and a great outlook!
- Great verbal phone skills with the ability to SMILE with your voice
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
- Proficient in sales support
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self motivated
- Competitive spirit
- Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments
Job Responsibilities (but not limited to)
· Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
· Provide sales support by assisting the customer with vehicle inquiries
· Follow up with customers via phone calls, emails, and texts to provide the best sales and customer service experience
· Schedule appointments for the sales team
· Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and text messages
