Job Summary:
We are seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our exceptional team.
We are looking for an individual who wants to work in an environment where we believe taking care of our patients and mainaining a fun and friendly atmosphere is the most important thing.
As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephones, answering questions regarding patient billing, insurance and treatment, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, and excels in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns
- Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the database
- Assist the doctor with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Must be detail-oriented and organized
