Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring and responding to staff technical issues/problems submitted via our Help Desk, email, phone or instant messaging and collect necessary information to identify, troubleshoot and resolve in a timely manner. Document diagnostic steps and communication with fellow Team Members in our incident management system.
- Conduct new or existing user setup, administration, configuration, or troubleshooting of problems. Perform preventive and diagnostic maintenance on computers, servers’ systems, and peripheral equipment.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of technology-related assets.
- Ensure that all software versions and licenses are maintained.
- Manage enterprise directory services and supporting workstation infrastructure. Administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Identify servers and software requiring upgrades and coordinate with vendors and internal IT staff to determine the best course of action to complete the upgrade.
- Install software and equipment on a day to day or project management basis.
- Repairs or arranges repair of existing workstations and related equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting branch/ITM communications issues. Monitor and assist in maintaining the availability of all remote IT Services applications, including web applications and ITMs.
- Design, maintain, and monitor daily batch jobs through the core banking platform interface and/or associated automation platform.
Work Schedule requires the ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet the needs of the organization.
- Four-year college degree in the field of information technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-8 years’ experience in Information Technology Systems including Core System data processing.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining batch processing files and jobs.
- CompTIA A+ Certification and/or Certification as a Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), or comparable experience.
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment and Windows-based servers and administration.
- Experience with server backups and retrieval both in house and cloud based.
- Strong problem-solving abilities. Able to communicate complex information clearly.
