Application Support Business Analyst

SoHo Dragon represents an investment bank with offices in Midtown Manhattan that needs to hire an Application Support Business Analyst for a full time opportunity. This role is hybrid with 3 days onsite requirement.

Responsibilities:

• 7-10 years of experience as an Application Support role
• Support Banking Capital markets and coverage management applications
• Capital market business include DCM, ECM, LCM etc
• Coverage management business includes banker coverage group, portfolio management group
• Attention to detail and coordinate with business users to solve problems
• Documentation skills: Ability to write business requirements and functional requirements
• Technical skills:
• Knowledge of Agile, participating in scrum sessions
• Knowledge of workflow diagrams (umls including sequence, use case etc)
• SQL, job scheduling and monitoring, basic script writing
• Tools:
• Jira, confluence, sql, linux, python (a plus)
• BI tools: Qlikview, Power BI or relevant reporting toolkit
• ITIL Tools: Service Now
• Job scheduling : Tidal (a plus)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident , change and problem management)
