Job Description
OVERALL: Provide support to Finance Department with focus on revenue recognition in preparation of Month End and Forecast submissions while reporting to the Finance Director and assisting with client reporting and profitability analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work to support all client reporting for Zenith clients including burn and profitability for internal review.
- Prepare journal entries for Month End close related to revenue recognition.
- Assist with preparation of monthly Revenue forecast for both fee and commission-based clients.
- Support in completing all Groupe reporting, scheduled and ad hoc
- Work with client finance in review client monthly fee billings
- Work with and gain knowledge of the several financial and media databases that are updated on monthly basis
- Assist in preparation of supporting documents for financial audits
- Assist with working with Operations team in managing time reporting across Zenith clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (accounting/finance majors preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Experience with SAP preferred.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills required.
- Must be very detail oriented, display a strong work ethic, and work well both independently and within a team structure
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
