A London M&A firm is seeking an entry-level, US citizen representative to be its 'ambassador' in the US market. The person will join a small but fast-paced and disciplined M&A and strategic consulting team with one-year offer to work in London (sponsored work visa) and a long-term opportunity to be relocated back in America as our representative to support the company’s activities in the US.
Our company will train any successful candidates from non-strictly financial backgrounds such as economics, science and engineering to work in our advisory firm. We stress that a financial background is not required for the position. We welcome applicants with precise minds since we use logic and strategic analysis as the backbone of our M&A techniques.
About ThinkingLinking
ThinkingLinking is a boutique strategy-focused M&A consulting firm with a ‘Strategy before Finance’ methodology. Although financial negotiations are inevitable in the process, the emphasis of our work and the basis for introducing companies is synergy and also psychology. We add these to the traditional finance dimension of M&A, in effect blending two industries: strategic consulting and M&A.
Unlike other small firms that specialise in one sector, ThinkingLinking works across several, using proprietary methodologies to identify opportunities and guide the dealmaking process.
