The role

As a SoftwareOne Business Advisor specializing in cloud Contact Center Solutions and PBX systems, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and implementing solutions that leverage cloud PBX systems, with a particular emphasis on Amazon Connect. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical consultants, and project managers, to deliver tailored solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to contact center operations and telephony systems.
  2. Design and document detailed functional specifications, process flows, and user stories to support the implementation of Amazon Connect and other cloud PBX solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and solution architects to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  5. Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and training.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on Amazon Connect and other cloud PBX systems, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  7. Assist with pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and presentations to potential clients.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for enhancement and making recommendations for future enhancements or upgrades.
  9. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives through the effective use of technology.

What we need to see from you

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Advisor, preferably in a consulting or customer-facing role.
  3. Strong expertise in Amazon Connect, including configuration, integration, and administration.
  4. Knowledge of cloud PBX systems such as Ring Central, Zoom Phone System, or similar platforms is a plus.
  5. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
  7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  8. Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  10. Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar credentials are desirable but not required.

Target compensation for this role will be $170,000.00 (mix of base salary and bonus) and will be determined based on candidate qualifications, experience, and location.

 

We are not able to consider candidates residing in the state of Hawaii currently.
