Job Description:
As an Amazon Connect Centre Voice Process Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our contact center operations using Amazon Connect. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls using Amazon Connect.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
Utilize Amazon Connect features to route calls efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to optimize call center operations and improve customer service processes.
Monitor call metrics and performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
Assist in training new team members on Amazon Connect and call center best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or call center operations.
Familiarity with Amazon Connect or other cloud-based contact center solutions is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
