SalaryLocal full service hotel is looking for outgoing, energetic candidates for our open server positions in the food and beverage department, we have open positions in our AM .
Our servers are expected to demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the guests and deliver an exceptional dining experience. This is achieved through the following sample of responsibilities:
- Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients
- Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
- Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal & written.
- Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and the ability to follow up on tasks
- Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently
Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
Both AM and PM shifts are available. AM is the full time position
Hourly rate plus gratuities. Full-time position includes various benefits.
Candidates should be able to be on their feet for several hours at a time.
