Sandra's opened it's first location in the trendy Hill North neighborhood of New Haven in 1989. The spot quickly became a New Haven favorite with it's oversized Sandra's dinner in 2001.

We are currently looking for a dynamic, service-minded Server to join our team!
What Sandra's WANTS:
We want people that enjoy having a good time and creating a fun atmosphere for their guests. We are also seeking leaders that are accountable and have an entrepreneurial spirit are successful in our world.
The RIGHT person needs the following experience and qualities:
- Ensures every guest has the complete Sandra experience
- Dynamic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry
- Server experience preferred, but not necessary
- Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and fully engaged, service minded attitude
- Able to stand for 10 hours and lift 30 lbs
- Command of the English language
- Must be alert to Team Member and Guest needs
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to multi-task

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Restaurant type:
- Fast casual restaurant
Shift:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Serving Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Food Safety Certification (Preferred)
