We are seeking Servers that have fine dining service experience. We follow steps of service to the “T”. The purpose of this position is to serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner. All functions are carried out to maintain an environment of teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
Skills:
- Strong hospitality and guest relations skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail in order taking and order delivery
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
Note: Previous experience in serving or customer service is preferred.
