Operations Administrative Manager (OAM)

Reports to: Operations Deputy Director
Hours per week (average): 40
Location: Remote to the contiguous United States
Overtime Status: Exempt
Compensation: $80,000

barriers to abortion access, like the Hyde amendment, that disproportionately impacts communities of

accelerate strategy, and build political power, with a goal of building capacity across the field through our

Position Summary
The Operations Administrative Manager (OAM) maintains the organization’s digital and physical
infrastructure. They are vital to our team ensuring that All* runs smoothly and efficiently
organizationally. The OAM is responsible for ensuring all administrative systems and procedures are
aligned with the mission and strategic focus of the organization. This includes but is not limited to
ordering organizational supplies, testing systems, maintaining physical office contacts, supplies and
access.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is organized with the ability to work in fast-paced
high-pressure environments. This person must also be able to give and receive direct feedback in service
of work.
Responsibilities and Task
● Maintains digital and physical infrastructure.
● Tests systems and services for continual improvements.
● Maintains physical office contacts, supplies, and access.
● Schedules team and any external meetings.
● Maintains shared drives for assigned teams.
● Maintains digital security compliance for assigned teams.
● Works with the Finance Team to move any contracts and invoices for assigned team's work.
● Maintains the Zoom account and backend for All’s* team's.
● Manages requests from operations team members for support with zoom, scheduling, and
maintaining shared information.
● Provides weekly reporting regarding tasks, progress, blocks, and needs.
● Travels an estimated 25% throughout the year.

● Ability to travel 25%
● All employees of NVF are required to complete timesheets.

Qualifications
● 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations.
● 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative support.
● Ability to travel an estimated 25%.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Excellent time management and organizational skills.
● Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress, deadline driven environment.
● Highly organized and detail oriented.

Benefits
Comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance
for employees (and their families). Employees are able to enroll in 401k retirement plan and are eligible
for a 3% automatic contribution and up to a 3% employer match on 401k contributions. Employees are
also eligible for pre-tax transportation benefits. Employees will receive 120 hours of vacation time, 80
hours of health leave, up to 2 days of casual leave, and 20 hours of volunteer leave annually. Employees
will also receive 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are eligible for 12 weeks of
paid family and medical leave after 90 days of employment.
