Booth Management Consulting, LLC (BMC) is a diverse CPA firm providing accounting, auditing, and management consulting services to public and private clients nationwide. Administrative Asst. Level I Responsibilities:
- Provide general purpose administrative and clerical support for project tasks.
- Duties may include word-processing, graphics, desktop publishing, editing, meeting coordination and facilitation, answering telephones, photocopying, coordination of communications materials and additional tasks.
- Perform tasks as needed which may include some presentation drafts and editing/proofreading of documents, presentations or other meeting materials and miscellaneous research tasks.
Education & Experience:
- Associate degree or higher in business administration or related field.
- At least three years of administrative and clerical support experience required, preferably with government agency.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task when appropriate.
Administrative Asst. Level II Responsibilities:
- Performing varied administrative and support tasks required for executive management.
- Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meetings and event arrangement.
- Conducting research; preparing reports and data; customer relations and handling special projects.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related field.
- At least fours years of administrative support experience required, preferably with government agency.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Internet research skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, outside clients and vendors.
- Sensitivity to confidential matters, may be required.
Advanced experience with general office software programs and standard office equipment.
