Form of workThis position is located in the Department of Technology Services, Technology Solutions Office.Qualifications: Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions.
Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience, which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience must demonstrate ALL areas defined below:
- Implementing software development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.
- Intermediate level of mastery of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 and/or v4 and its associated functions and processes for service management and delivery.

Applicants with the following certifications/experiences are highly desirable:
- Project Management Institute certification (PMP)
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner Certification
- ITIL v3 and/or v4 Intermediate or above certifications
- One or more Agile Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- Six Sigma Certification
- SAFe Agilist (SA) Certification
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification
