FieldBridge Energy is looking for a Production Technician to work in the world's largest compressed and specialty gasses producer. This position is based in Mount Bethel, PA. Pay Rate:$21.00/hr. Given the 1.5$ Overtime pay and counting on 48 hours, make up to $1000 per week.
Schedule: First two months work just days. Then when you're fully trained, work 4 days on day shift, take 4 days off, and then work 4 days night shift and 4 days off again. Repeat.

Production Technicians mix chemicals in batches inside large reactor vessels and then operate the production equipment that gathers the gasses being produced in the reactor vessels so that it can be purified, compressed, and placed into storage containers (tanks, cylinders, etc.) Technicians perform production related activities to maintain asset readiness in a safe and efficient manner. The technicians work in a team environment where collaboration and teamwork are critical to meeting goals of the business.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be and remain clean shaven at all times for safety purposes
- Ability to wear a full face-fitting respirator and a fully encapsulated (Level A) ER suit, Self-contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), or any other tight-fitting and/or supplied air respirators (SAR)
- Ability to medically pass a respiratory test and physical test in order to wear a full-face respirator as required
- Fitness for duty, including but not limited to ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
- Ability to roll cylinders that weigh up to 200lbs- Rolling cylinders requires an individual to tilt a cylinder slightly with one hand, and use the other hand to move the cylinder forward by rolling it
- Ability to work rotating shifts - day and/or nights as well as weekends and holidays in Upper Mount Bethel, PA or Branchburg, NJ
- Demonstrated positive attitude and safety-first attitude
- Demonstrate ability to obtain proper assistance when confronted with problem situations
- Ability to learn technical chemical processes quickly in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with others to accomplish daily tasks and achieve the plant's goals
- Ability to communicate concisely and effectively in written and verbal formats with stakeholders at multiple levels in the business
- Ability to perform technical troubleshooting to resolve process issues
- Self-starter with the ability to perform well under pressure and changing priorities
- Actively participate on ALAM’s emergency response (ER) team including as an ER entry team member
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Applied Science in processing Technology or other related science
- 2+ years experience in a process operations environment
- 2+ years of chemical or other hazardous material handling desirable
- 2+ years experience working on mechanical/electrical systems
- Experience with Nuclear, Electronics or Mechanical training
- Understanding of analytical processes for chemical processing
- Knowledge of root cause investigation process and methodology
- Knowledge of 5S and Lean manufacturing
- Computer literate
