Job Characteristics:
Position performs specialized technical work efficiently with confidence and competence
Must have above average attention to details and be concerned for correctness of work

Must have high standard for quality and accuracy while adhering to guidelines and procedures
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and repair molding presses and associated automation.
- Must have a high standard for quality and accuracy while adhering to all guidelines, work instructions, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and correct any process or quality problems.
- Advise on better means to complete the functions within the job and continually improve the operation.
- Perform tooling change outs, process adjustments and preventative maintenance as required.
- Assist the Facilities Manager with the repair and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.
- Assist Engineering in the development and documentation of processing for new products.
- Ability to work at a higher-than-average pace, while maintaining accuracy and completing tasks on time and to required specification(s)
- Handle material as directed to ensure an uninterrupted flow of work.
- Perform additional duties within the broad scope of the job as assigned by supervision.
- Follow the standards of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 International Standards
- Overtime as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or 3 + years of manufacturing experience
Associates degree in mechanical or electrical engineering desired
5 years of use and repair of manufacturing equipment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be safety conscious and present self in clean, well-kept manner
