List of duties includes, but not limited to:
- Responsible for SABRE items – individual reservations, stars, queues, and most importantly group ticketing.
- Work with Account Managers to determine itinerary, Air Travel needs, and financial considerations.
- Responsible for booking and managing air charter reservations.
- Study routes, regulations and consider cost, availability, and convenience of different types of carriers to select the most advantageous route and carrier.
- Advise the client about the best air options for the routing requested.
- Research and negotiate debit memos received
- Responsible for notifying all Account Managers on schedule changes for clients.
- Make routine decisions which comply with existing guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain on-call status at all times to ensure clients' needs are met.
- Set realistic deadlines with company managers for completion of cities/tours.
- Exercise limited discretion and independent judgment to respond appropriately to clients' needs.
- 2-3 years of SABRE experience in a professional setting required
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a client-serving role
- Passion for building relationships
- Dynamic team player
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Bachelor"s degree required
- Experience in travel, logistics, or hospitality industry a plus

The pay range for this role is:
60,000 - 65,000 USD per year(Remote - United States)
