Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all operations related to fulfilling orders placed through the paizo.com web store and through our distribution network.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving all incoming product for the web store and for distribution
• Packing and shipping all orders for the web store and for our distribution partners
• Organizing and stocking the warehouse
• Checking the inventory levels for all items in the warehouse
• Cleaning and organizing the warehouse
• Performing other duties as needed

Skills and Experience

• Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a high level of competence
• Must have the physical ability to move/lift 50 pounds and the ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must have a moderate understanding of basic computer skills
• Must be methodical and have a high attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a team-centered environment, yet be able to finish tasks on your own
• Must have good organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively
• Must be able to multi-task and get up to date in a rapidly growing and changing entrepreneurial environment
• Must have ability to keep confidential information secret
• Must be self-motivated; Willingness to work hard and do whatever it takes to succeed in the job

Supervisory Responsibility

Job has no supervisory responsibility.

Union Information
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement between Paizo, Inc. and the United Paizo Workers (UPW). Employees are subject to union dues or an agency fee of 1.41% of gross wages based on state law.

Location

The position is located in Woodinville, WA.

Shift

Employees will be assigned to a particular shift but stated preferences will be considered. If operational needs dictate, the Employer may schedule employees to different shifts, as needed.

Education and/or Experience

• 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse or mail order fulfillment position (preferred; will train on site for Paizo-specific duties)

Pay Band

Pay Band 1 – 20.50$ Hourly

Annual cost of living adjustment based on PCEPI and annual tenure adjustment of 1.25% per year of tenure; both in June
