Signature Travel Network is looking for a Cruise Partnerships Coordinator with an interest in the travel industry to support the Cruise Partnerships team.
The successful candidate will have a passion for being of service, working toward team goals, and finding efficiencies to make daily tasks easier.

Responsibilities of the Cruise Partnerships Coordinator:
- Coordination of Signature’s Hosted Sailings program
- Build relationships with the program’s participating cruise partners
- Collecting and auditing of Signature Hosted Sailings from all participating cruise partners
- Obtain regular sailing manifests from participating cruise partners
- Managing Signature Host Staterooms
- Order host name badges
- Schedule all Signature welcome cocktail receptions on all hosted sailings
- Consistent, meticulous data entry for the program’s sailings
- Send specific “Merge to Emails” in Outlook for select sailings
- Print, organize, pack, and ship all guest/host materials to Signature hosts in a timely manner
- Process guest amenities such as shipboard credits
- Coordination of Signature host trainings/webinars
- Coordinate with Signature’s marketing team to order pre-printed host materials, as needed
- Order office supplies for the program, as needed
- Build relationships with Signature’s member agencies
- Assist in monitoring and following up on emails in the Cruise team’s email inbox
- Supporting the Cruise Partnership team
Qualifications of the Cruise Partnerships Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of Excel and mail merge
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks with high-level attention to detail and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders across the travel industry
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills
- Eagerness to grow in the Travel Industry
