Growth Marketing Manager, BEIS Travelat Beach House Group Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA
BÉIS is looking for a driven, collaborative Growth Marketing Coordinator to join their small, but mighty team of hard-working, results-driven, creative and collaborative people. The Growth Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Growth Marketing Manager in achieving their business goals by performing a variety of tasks across performance marketing channels with an emphasis on Paid Search and SEO. This position requires someone who is a strong independent thinker and is able to work effectively and efficiently with minimal on-site supervision.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Growth Marketing Manager with asset handoff and live ad management.
- Identify and manage the optimization of Google Ads with a focus on enhancing prospecting campaigns including Non-Brand, PMax, and App Installs.
- Identify new Non-Brand keyword segments while monitoring paid and organic progress on these terms over time.
- Facilitate in the management of the BÉIS blog, acting as a liaison between the SEO team and the in-house copywriter.
- Assist in the SEO optimization of international websites.
- Work with the in-house copywriter to produce new ad copy for paid search campaigns informed by top SEO keywords.
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and conversions across paid and organic search.
- Provide support with QA / Testing across marketing platforms as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have a proven track-record of at least 1-2 years in digital marketing
- High attention to detail and accountability for responsibilities
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up environment where each day might require different tasks.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms including Asana, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Able to learn new skills and implement them quickly.
Full time, salaried position
Hourly Range: $70,000 - $80,000 Annually
